Full-Service Letters

Our streamlined mailing process is designed to get your materials out quickly and save you money.

We supply custom 1-color or 4-color letters printed on 8.5” x 11” canary or ivory colored paper. Letters can range from 1-page to 12-pages, are able to be fully personalized to your marketing specifications, and are addressed to business opportunity hotline buyers.

Once the letters are personalized and addressed using high-speed laser printing, they are then folded and inserted into envelopes. You have the option to mail your letters in 6” x 9” window or non-window envelopes. We apply live presort postage stamps instead of printing our postal indicia on the envelope.

Our direct mail package includes printing, envelopes, mailing list rental, data processing, folding, addressing, inserting, postal presorting and barcoding, and mailing at a discounted presorted postage rate. The presorted first class rate is about 5¢ less than a first class postage stamp, and standard bulk rate is about 18¢ less. As a result, we can print and mail a letter at the standard class rate for about what you would pay for the postage stamp alone when you mail it yourself. The approximate turnaround time is 3 to 4 business days plus USPS transit time of nationwide first-class mail is 2-14 days and standard-class mail is 4-14 days.

We use only the best mailing lists—hotline business opportunity names chosen specifically chosen for your target market. The names for your mailing are selected by random zip code, so they represent a cross section of the entire country. We constantly refine list selection, insuring that your letters go to the most responsive prospects and remove any duplicates when we combine names from multiple lists.
